alright, SO: things that have happened since my previous update:
depression, binge eating, alcohol, a lot of alcohol, got a full time management job, further depression, quit full time job, back at one of my old old jobs in a new position.
suddenly things are going a bit better, though i’m broke as hell. well, there goes the alcohol. oh, binge eating was heavily influenced by the alcohol? cool, no more late-night super cravings, alright. maybe i can get back into control my calorie intake again?
…so my morning weight has dropped already by about six pounds. admittedly, i had had a large dinner when i started counting, and i’m assuming this is just bloating or something going away, but it’s only been four days. either way, i’m feeling better mentally already, so that’s nice. mustered up the energy to clean more of my apartment, so, things are getting better. okay jard, stop rambling
basically, i’m starting again. i’m in my own apartment, with no easy access to a ddr machine/pad or anything, but i’ve got my electric drum kit and stepmania, so that’ll suffice. gonna start tracking my shiz again and hopefully, by summer next year, i’ll be a different dude.
well, the same dude, but, idk, less man-booby?
seeya next round,
jard
ahem…

TODAY’S DATE: 1/6/2016
TODAY’S WEIGHT: 248.2lbs (-1.6lbs since last week’s 249.8)
happy new year, everybody! i’d say a pound worth of progress in one week is pretty decent. i keep going a little bit over my goals every now and then, but otherwise everything’s going pretty smoothly. also, now that the holidays are over, i think it might be a bit easier to stay on track.
in any case, i’m feeling great! better than i have in months, and i’m still really excited to be back on this whole thing. i’m determined to hit my goal weight this year!
I first encountered this tune in a DDR-like rhythm game I saw in a bowling alley (I forgot its name.) It’s haunted me for years, and now I finally found the damn thing again.
Well, I did a little research on it and it’s apparently the theme of a South Korean TV drama. WHAT?
the game is called pump it up! :D
