so, the whole soylent thing seems to be going relatively well. i’m trying to consume half/mostly soylent throughout the day. i received my package on thursday, the 25th, and i’ve been successful in that regard since then. this allows me to extend the length of usage of my week of soylent, while also letting me still eat regular food.
the stomach issues are weeeeird. they’re getting more manageable, but they’re still weird. i’m not going to get into it, in hopes that i don’t scare away the few followers i have, but yeah. the butt stuff that comes with drinking soylent is strange.
but yeah, not weighing myself for the first few weeks. suffice it to say, my scale will still say “big lardo” if i step on it, so what’s the point? i’m hoping to start riding my bike again soon [i don’t have time to do pretty much anything ever], and start being more active in general.
anyway, gonna finish my morning breakfast of soylent and my can of caffeine and head to work. i’ll try to update periodically.

and here we are, finishing the last cup of day 2’s mixture, and preparing day 3. soylent’s pretty alright! incorporating this into my diet actually feels good.
